Olive Garden Restaurant Recipes: Roast Pork Loin

Bored of the traditional roast? Try this Olive Garden Restaurant recipe – Roast Pork Loin with Grapes and Wine.

  • Preparation time: 15 minutes
  • Cooking time: 1 1/2 hours
  • Servings: 4 persons

Ingredients:

  • 3 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 lbs centre-cut boneless pork loin
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 lb red & white seedless grapes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees F.
  2. Combine sage, pepper, garlic, salt and two tbsp of oil into a mixing bowl. Evenly coat the pork loin with mixture.
  3. Pour two tbsp of oil into a large baking pan and coat. Plate pork loin in baking pan and cover with aluminium foil. Roast in oven for 10-15 minutes PER POUND (30-45 minutes for a 3 pound roast).
  4. Remove the foil and roast the Pork Loin for another 15 minutes or until well browned. Remove from pan and let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Slice pork loin into ½ inch slices and place of serving platter. Pour grapes and sauce over the pork and serve immediately.
